What we are asked before signing.

How long before the first online order?

Four to six weeks for a Starter on one range: a week of framing, two weeks of catalogue and rules, a week of acceptance in the workshop. A wide catalogue adds two to three weeks.

How do my customers pay?

However you decide. Five outlets are possible: a quote request, a bank transfer, a Stripe payment page, your WooCommerce or Shopify as an option. A quote or payment journey suited to your business is included in the deployment.

Is the price on screen always the right one?

Yes. It comes from your own grid, computed on your side, and updates with every choice the customer makes — no quotes to redo.

What happens if I stop the subscription?

You keep your catalogue, your rules and your orders in open formats, and the packs already generated remain yours. The instance is switched off at the end of the current period. No data is ever resold.
