01How long before the first online order?
Four to six weeks for a pilot on one range: one week of scoping, two weeks of catalogue and rules, one week of acceptance in the workshop. A broad catalogue adds two to three weeks.
02Why WooCommerce rather than another shop?
Because checking the price at payment time requires a plugin on the shop side, and that plugin exists and runs in production on WooCommerce. If you have no shop, we install one. We do not promise Shopify: the adapter is not written.
03What happens if I stop the subscription?
You take back your catalogue, your rules and your orders in open formats (JSON, CSV, DXF, PDF), and the production packs already generated remain yours. The instance is stopped at the end of the current period and the public unit pages stop being served. No data is resold or reused.
04Can the price shown to the customer be tampered with?
No. The browser never receives the price grid: it asks the server for a price and displays it. At payment the amount is recomputed and compared; if it differs, the order is refused.
05Do we really have to send physical samples?
Yes, for every material visible in the configurator. A colour depends on the substrate, the sanding and the finish: we photograph and calibrate it from your sample, then validate it next to the real part.
