01Price

A firm price, computed from your own grid.

The amount is computed on your side, from your own grid: material, surface, metres of edging, hardware, labour, margin. It updates with every choice the customer makes, and stays the same all the way to payment.

  • Your purchase costs and your margins never leave your instance.
  • No more quote back-and-forth: the customer sees their price from the first click to checkout.
02Rules

What cannot be built cannot be ordered.

Maximum span of a shelf, minimum thickness of a back panel, edging length, whether a material accepts an option: your constraints are written as rules, held in the database, and changed without a redeployment. In doubt, a rule refuses rather than allows — that is what fail-closed means.

  • Written from your own manufacturing constraints, tested on edge-case configurations.
  • The refusal is explained to the customer in plain words, never in code.
03Machine pack

The workshop receives a pack, not an email.

Every order generates the pack: the list of parts to cut — the bill of materials, as CSV for your ERP and JSON for your own tools —, the cutting sheet as PDF, the cutting outlines in DXF already nested on your panel sizes, and the label sheet with one QR code per unit.

  • Every chosen parameter is kept, time-stamped and versioned.
  • One unit made, one serial number, one page anyone can open.

04Commerce

Sell the way you already sell.

You sell the way you already sell, with a quote or payment journey suited to your business: a quote request, a bank transfer, a Stripe payment page, WooCommerce or Shopify as an option. The price and the full configuration travel with the order. A demonstration mode replays the whole purchase journey without taking payment: enough to sell in a meeting before you have opened a payment account.

05Isolation

One instance per workshop.

Your database, your rules, your catalogue, your costs. Separation is enforced by the database itself, row by row — the principle known as RLS —, not only by the application. And if you leave, catalogue, rules and orders leave with you.

  • Your catalogue is never pooled with another workshop’s.
  • Reversibility: the data is yours, in open formats.
Stated limits

What we do not promise.

A supplier without limits has no product. These are the ones that matter before you sign.

  • One instance, one language, one currency.

    Two markets means two instances, invoiced as such. That is the price of consistency: the price computed on your side stays the single source of truth.

  • We do not replace your shop.

    The configurator produces a price, an order and a production pack, then hands them over to your sales journey. Invoicing, accounting and logistics stay exactly where they are.

  • Materials require physical samples.

    We do not build a finish from a trade name. You send the samples, we photograph and calibrate them, then we approve the result next to the real part.
